Auf Basis der Material- und Werkzeugdaten werden <strong>fertigungsgerechte Radien und Abkantfaktoren<\/strong> schon im Konstruktionsprozess ber\u00fccksichtigt. SPI berechnet die Abwicklung und stellt dar\u00fcber hinaus - je nach verf\u00fcgbarem SPI Interface - entsprechende <strong>Ausgabeformate<\/strong> mit allen fertigungsrelevanten Daten bereit (<strong>DXF<\/strong>, <strong>GEO<\/strong>, <strong>STEP<\/strong>, <strong>WiCAM-XML<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>Der <strong>SPI SheetMetal Data Editor<\/strong> ist die <strong>Material- und Werkzeugverwaltung von SPI<\/strong> mit der Sie Ihre <strong>Technologiedaten<\/strong> pflegen. Die Technologiedaten werden f\u00fcr die korrekte Berechnung der Abwicklung und \u00dcbergabe an die nachgeschaltete NC-Verarbeitung ben\u00f6tigt. Dies sind vor allem <strong>Biegeverk\u00fcrzungswerte<\/strong> oder <strong>Formeln<\/strong>, die in die Berechnung der <strong>gestreckten L\u00e4nge<\/strong> einflie\u00dfen. Aber auch andere Elemente, wie <strong>Werkstoffe<\/strong>, <strong>Blechdicken<\/strong> oder <strong>Werkzeuge<\/strong>, die auf den Biegeprozess Einfluss haben, werden mit dem Data Editor verwaltet.<\/p>\n<p>SPI SheetMetal bietet verschiedene Verfahren, vorhandene <strong>Daten<\/strong> f\u00fcr diese Berechnungsgrundlage zu <strong>importieren<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>SPI SheetMetal unterst\u00fctzt <strong>verschiedene Berechnungsmethoden<\/strong> f\u00fcr die Bestimmung der Biegeverk\u00fcrzung: <strong>eigene Formeln<\/strong> oder <strong>empirisch ermittelte Messwerte<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_5 et_pb_row et_block_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_7 et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_8 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h3><strong>Messwerte<br \/><\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_9 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><strong>Messwerte<\/strong> erm\u00f6glichen eine genauere Abbildung des dynamischen Biegevorgangs als Formeln. Stehen ausreichend viele <strong>Verk\u00fcrzungswerte<\/strong> zur Verf\u00fcgung, kann eine pr\u00e4zise Abwicklung eines Blechteils bestimmt werden. Wird f\u00fcr die Berechnung einer Biegung kein Messwert gefunden, so wird <strong>interpoliert<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_6 et_pb_row et_block_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_8 et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_10 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h3><strong>Formeln<br \/><\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_11 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>Formeln erlauben es f\u00fcr die Eingangsgr\u00f6\u00dfen <strong>Blechdicke<\/strong>, <strong>\u00d6ffnungswinkel<\/strong> und <strong>Biegeradius<\/strong> einen <strong>Verk\u00fcrzungswert<\/strong> und somit die Abwicklung eines Blechteils zu berechnen. Formeln k\u00f6nnen<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>f\u00fcr einen Werkstoff<\/li>\n<li>f\u00fcr einen Werkstoff und eine Maschine<\/li>\n<li>f\u00fcr einen Werkstoff und eine <strong>Kombination von Ober- und Unterwerkzeuggruppe<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>hinterlegt werden.
