Calculation base and output principle
<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

The calculation for the output is based on the data maintained in the material and tool manager<\/strong>, the SPI Data Editor<\/strong>. The SPI add-in generates the flat pattern and provides appropriate output formats <\/strong>with all production-relevant data.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

For Bystronic , the SPI software generates all relevant manufacturing data in the extended DXF format<\/strong> (including opening angle, radius, bending tool combination, and bending technology). In addition, texts are added to bending lines and to the flat pattern. These contain the bending angle, the radius, as well as other parameters. The generated DXF <\/strong>files can be loaded into Bystronic's<\/strong> BySoft <\/strong>software if the CyCAD option is available. With the help of this software, you create the NC programming codes.<\/p>\n

In addition, SPI can provide a manufacturing-ready STEP file<\/strong> with the specific process information (prerequisite: SheetMetalWorks with Solidworks<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
