Our software interface enables seamless integration between your CAD system and the TruTops software. Developed in partnership with TRUMPF. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

NEW:<\/span> SPI Boost Connect
<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

The SPI Data Editor uses the 'Trumpf Boost Import' function to directly access the tool lists you have configured in TruTops Boost<\/strong>. You can import all the tool and material data from your created lists with a single click. Conveniently, it is also possible to import multiple tool lists, which are automatically synchronized and merged into one comprehensive database.<\/p>\n

By default, the TRUMPF presets are used as the basis for bend deduction values, but you can replace these with your own values if required. If you have set up custom values in Boost, SPI Boost Connect will transfer them accordingly.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

SPI TruTops Interface<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

The SPI TruTops Interface enables the import of TruTops Bend<\/strong> data, including material specifications, bending process information, bending factors, and manufacturing radii, into the SPI Data Editor, making this data available during the design process in Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks.<\/p>\n

The interface additionally allows for data transfer to TruTops Classic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Calculation Basis and Output Formats<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Data maintained in the material and tool management system - the SPI Data Editor - forms the basis for calculations. The SPI Software generates the unfolding pattern and provides corresponding output formats<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

The SPI interface generates all necessary manufacturing data in the TruTops GEO format<\/strong> for use with TRUMPF TruTops software:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
